Before you write
If a hive owner is not answering, message them from the hive page first — they get an email unless they turned notifications off. That settles most of it.
What we cannot help with
We cannot reset a password on a provider's service, recover an account you hold with them, or act on their behalf. beemate is not affiliated with any of the providers listed here.
Never send a password, a card number or a copy of an identity document in this form. Nobody from beemate will ever ask you for them.
